QUESTIONS

INVITATIONS
As a guide we recommend you sending your invitations out 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding. However if your wedding is abroad or falls on a bank holiday you should consider sending your invitations as soon as possible. The sooner the better really. When deciding upon the final number of invites required, allow one per household or family. Bear in mind that you may need to order a few extras in case of any errors or unexpected additions.

EVENING INVITATIONS
Some of our designs include a choice of evening invitations. Collections which have a pocket style daytimeinvitation have both a pocket style evening invitation and a more general evening invitation. The choice is entirely yours, we just wish to provide you with as many options as possible.

SAVE THE DATE CARDS
If your wedding does fall on a holiday, or is planned abroad you may not wish to send your invitations out too early. Why not send a save the date card that will inform your guests of your forthcoming wedding.

REPLY CARDS
Reply cards allow your guests to respond quickly and with the minimum of effort. The number of reply cards required generally amounts to the total number of invitations ordered.

ORDER OF SERVICE
The wording for your order of service is totally unique to yourselves, however we can provide you with a guide if you so wish. Our standard order of service includes up to four printed sides. The first page of the insert will be personalised with your specific details and will consist of the name of the bride and groom, the date, time and location of your wedding. Before submitting your details they should be agreed by the church or venue and all involved with the service. We recommend ordering a minimum of one order of service per couple. You should take into consideration guests who may attend the service on their own and most importantly one for each member of the wedding party.

MENUS
All elements of your menu should be finalised with your venue or caterer prior to submitting your wording. When ordering large menus we recommend you allow three/four per table of ten to twelve guests, not forgetting two or three for the top table. As an alternative our small menus provide that extra personal touch for each place setting and one per guest should be allocated for.

PLACE SETTINGS
Place settings can be left blank for your own completion or printed with your guests name at an extra charge of £0.25 per name.

TABLE NUMBERS
You need only order one table number per table. These are flat, double sided cards which co-ordinate with each design. Numbers are printed in black ink and we can also include table names etc. if you have a theme to your reception. Please note stands for table numbers are not included or provided by ourselves.

THANK YOU CARDS
All thank you cards are supplied with a blank insert to allow for your own personal messages to your guests. We recommend you order the same number of thank you cards as your invitations, allowing extras if needed.

ENVELOPES
Our invitations, thank you, save the date and reply cards are all supplied with co-ordinating envelopes. Collections which include a pocket style invitation are also provided with a further envelope for posting. These are custom-made and can be completed with a printed address at an extra charge of £0.45 or left blank for your own convenience.

TIMESCALE
One of the most common questions asked is 'When should I order my wedding stationery?' The answer we would give is as soon as possible. Generally speaking we recommend you place your order at least four to five months prior to your wedding if possible. However please don't be alarmed by this as we can turn things around fairly quickly if required to do so.
 
Upon receiving your order we will provide you with a proof of your invitation text along with a receipt for your deposit. Once these have been approved, signed and returned we will begin to process your order. Providing proofs are returned without delay, we aim to supply your completed stationery within twenty eight working days from the moment we receive your order.
 
Once you begin to finalise your number of guests, menus, order of service and place cards etc. need to be taken into consideration. You may wish to include everything in your initial order and update the numbers you require at a later date. With this in mind we do not require all of your text information at once either. You may wish to provide your invitation wording first and any additional information at a later date. All we ask is that as soon as you have your additional details, please forward them to us so that we can further proceed with your order. A proof for orders of service and menu's will be sent for your approval prior to printing.

DELIVERY
Postage and Packing will be charged according to the weight of your order. If your order is to be despatched in stages you will only be charged once for this service. All orders are delivered using a next day service and must be signed for on delivery.
